When Phoenix Project operatives help a Haven, the relationship with that faction will be maintained or increased.

There are various types of missions, including defending Havens that are under attack and scavenging for supplies or vehicles. Combat also includes a free-aim system where players can target specific weak spots on enemies or structures.
